Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at Falcon Scaffold Midlands Ltd on a self employed basis. In this pivotal role, you will oversee scaffolders work and day to day tasks on your allocated sites. Conduct 2 x inspections a day on your allocated sites using the IAuditor App, ensuring that our projects align with our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of work for the scaffolders Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and address any contractual issues that arise. Prepare reports on I Auditor for the inspections of the scaffold. Provide guidance on risk management related to contracts.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office Suite. Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills. Must have a basic scaffold or advanced scaffold inspection card Must have a valid SSSTS qualification IOSH preferred.
