TS. Converting Equipment Ltd, is a leading Engineering and Manufacturing company supplying specialised equipment to the Converting and Print Industries across the world.
Due to expansion we are looking for an individual who will manage each contract once the sales team have received an order.
This position is challenging and is a vital role in an exciting, innovative company.
The key responsibilities are:
Being the main point of contact for all customers (post order).
Liaising with all company departments to collate information and relay to customers.
Monitor contract performance both in timing and financially.
Ensuring all technical documentation packages are produced and dispatched on time.
Attending weekly production meetings and updating customers on progress.
Assist customers with import / export of testing materials and machinery.
Skills and Experience:
Educated to BTEC level 3 minimum.
The successful candidate has to be very organised with great attention to detail.
Capable of handling / managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Confidence to hold internal and external meetings.
An understanding of ERP systems (Sage) is desirable.
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Similar experience within an Engineering environment would be an advantage.
