Based in Torquay, we are a well-established roofing contractor delivering quality work across Torbay, Devon and the surrounding areas. Our services include pitched slate and tile roofing, flat roofing, liquid-applied systems, leadwork and metal roofing. We have a strong reputation for workmanship, reliability and long-term client relationships.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a

Roofing Contracts Manager

to join our team. This role suits someone ready to step up from site supervision or project coordination into a contracts management position within the roofing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate multiple roofing projects from start to completion Carry out regular site visits, supporting teams and maintaining quality standards Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors Attend site meetings and provide clear progress updates

Requirements

Sound understanding of construction practices (roofing experience advantageous) Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable using IT, tablets and computer systems day to day Full UK driving licence
