Job Description

Due to business expansion, we are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to assist us in our endeavor to provide high quality building, maintenance and roofing services.

Contract type: Permanent, Full time

Qualifications and experience:

Significant experience in contract management, preferably in high-quality construction and building and maintenance projects.

Good knowledge of methods and materials of construction.

HND Degree in Construction Management (or similar discipline).Although not essential.

Ability to generate quotations in a timely manner

Your role:

As Contracts Manager, you'll work to ensure jobs/ projects are delivered on time, on budget and completed to the exceptional standards required. You will collaborate closely with project teams and supply chains to oversee these contracts from pre-start to handover, ensuring all aspects follow correct processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage building and construction projects across a wide variety of

Compile and maintain construction programs, making sure to log key milestones and updates.

Create and adhere to contract structure, process and protocols.

Monitor progress of projects, address risks, and cost controls.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, operatives and suppliers.

Attend site meetings with client, internal teams and sub-contractors Produce a program of works indicating scope, product duration and timescales Reviewing commercial contracts Provide and implement solutions for any issues raised on site Work with internal departments to ensure a smooth installation process and retention of clients Develop and maintain good working relationships with the client and third parties

Core Skills:

Math and IT knowledge

The ability to problem solve quickly and under pressure

Proficient I using Excel and wider Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to ensure all contract documentation and reports are accurate and on time.

Subcontract/supplier procurement experience.

Collaborative mindset with great interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully build relationships and communicate with confidence to people at all levels.
