Job Summary

Parklands Services is a well-established, family-run, building company based in Wigan; providing construction, refurbishment & maintenance services.

We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with local authorities & educational clients, in addition to operatives / planners etc, so must be a team player who can communicate effectively at all levels.

Main Responsibilities

Estimate works and organise sufficient in-house labour & subcontractors to complete works

Produce RAMS & carry out inductions

Ensure work is planned effectively, completed right first time, on time & within budget

Ensure all works are carried out safely & in accordance with current H&S legislation / company policies

Carry out post inspections

Maintain / improve existing client relationships & also establish new ones

Manage a team of operatives, ensuring standards are met / exceeded & providing support when required
