Control Room Assistant Operations Manager - The position would suit an experienced control room manager, who has previous experience working in a control room whether civil, military or other. We would consider persons enthusiastic with the correct aptitude for working in this environment. You will work in a rotation of days, nights and off, and report to the Operations Manager.

Clearview Security Ltd has a purpose built 50 screen operations room, located in Telford, Shropshire. The company manages and supports clients, locally, nationally, and internationally with our primary activities including:

CCTV & Alarm Monitoring

Managing Monitoring and Tracking Platforms

Alarm and CCTV Response.

Managing Mobile Patrol Teams

Key Holding

Security Officers

CCTV/Alarm and Access Management Systems Installation

Duties to include:

> Championing best practices in the delivery of security services across the company's duty personnel.

> Directly overseeing and supporting the operations room staff and activities

> Managing Global Tracking and Monitoring Platforms.

> Ensuring all the Operations Room practices and protocols are adhered to, including enforcing all safety and security measures.

> Acting as the main on duty point of contact for incidents and client liaison.

> Report writing, including incident reports, handover briefs and compiling Security Risk Assessment.

> Verbal briefs and updates, including Teams meetings and in person client updates.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years security industry work history.

You would have worked in an operations / control room environment.

Hold a Security Industry Authority (SIA) license, (+ preferably CCTV).

Pass an enhanced DBS check.

Able to commute to our head office in Telford Shropshire for all shifts.

Valid UK Driving license.

Benefits:

Hourly rate 14.45 per hour / Equivalent Annual Contract.

Annual project bonus allowance

Annual training allowance.

Training:

The successful candidate will receive an extensive training and conversion package where you will spend shifts with on duty staff and be introduced and become familiar with all areas of the company.
