As a Control Room operator, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the shopping centre, its tenants and customers. You will a Brand Ambassador delivering first class customer service to all who you come into contact with.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Monitoring CCTV and the Centre's fire safety systems Engaging with members of the general public, contractors and retailers, answering queries and offering assistance as required, supporting retailers with theft prevention Producing accurate written reports Providing first aid assistance as and when required Patrolling the centre so you must be comfortable with walking for long periods Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
As a Control Room Operator you will need:

Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification - you MUST have this to be considered A valid CCTV Licence - you MUST have this to be considered You must be flexible, working 5 days out of 7 Highly motivated Excellent customer service / interpersonal skills Comfortable with walking for long periods.
