CCRS Recovery are seeking applications for experienced Control Room Administrators to work within our Roadside Recovery Control Room at our HQ in Bangor.

The role will work directly with our Roadside Recovery and Logistical Operations, Prestige Transportation and Finance teams to ensure Solutions are delivered above and beyond customer's expectations.

Your role will involve taking incoming requests by Phone, Email & Electronically from Motoring Clubs, Insurance Companies, Trade and Fleet Customers you'll ensure that we respond accordingly in the most effective manner at all times by despatching the appropriate solutions and roadside resources to the customer. You will provide support to the finance department, including credit control and general finance administration. You will also provide administration support to our Prestige Car Transport department to include arranging shipping, creating GMR's
You will be expected to work 9.30am - 6pm Monday - Friday and one Sat in every 4.

Please note that this role will include 1 Saturday (9am - 5.30pm) in every 4.

It is essential that you have -

working knowledge of Office applications especially Microsoft Excel excellent communication skills - verbal & written at least 2 years administration experience a good geographical knowledge of the Northern Ireland enjoy Working in a fast paced environment be an effective communicator have the ability to think outside the box.
Experience working in the Motor Trade or Logistics related environment is desirable but not essential as full training and ongoing development will be provided to the right applicant.

Due to the nature of our works you will be Police vetted.

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
