Control Room Service Desk & CCTV Monitoring Operator.

Full- (in-house) technical training is provided with regards to supporting our monitoring and technical support services within the

Control Room Operations

department based in Romford.

Day to Day, you will provide 1st line

Service Desk

customer support, 1st line

CCTV Perimeter Security

Monitoring,

Operational Health & Safety

monitoring &

Customer Transaction

Monitoring for

unmanned fuel stations

.

Ensuring continued operations with two-way communications between the site and the monitoring station, fulfilling the operational authorization of a fuel sale whilst always ensuring the safety and integrity of the site operations.

We require someone who is

fluent in spoken English

, who is confident when speaking with customers on the phone, understands how maintain etiquette, is competent in following processes, and takes direct and decisive action to any technical challenge that may arise.

1st line - call handling, logging, support & escalation for customer CCTV, Intruder, and fire systems.

Fuel court ANPR detection validation.

CCTV perimeter monitoring.

Technical Support to retail customers managed Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control systems.

Technical administration. (System updates, System Housekeeping, fault finding)

Working an out-of-hours shift pattern of Evenings, Nights, and Weekends (including bank holidays) - Overtime paid at time and a half.

Preferred candidates

will live local to

Romford

will have previous experience working in a Control Room or helpdesk support environment and will have no issues when it comes to working the variety of shift pattern.
