Control Room Operator (full Time)

Job Description
Pro Rescue and Recovery is a fast-growing vehicle recovery company based in Mitcham (CR4), operating 24/7. We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Control Room Operator to join our team and support our daily recovery operations.
If you're confident on the phone, comfortable using IT systems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls from clients and contractors Adding jobs into our system and assigning them to drivers Communicating clearly with drivers and giving job details Tracking vehicles using GPS and monitoring job progress Updating clients with ETAs and any changes Keeping records accurate and supporting daily operations Supporting general office tasks such as organising documents, ordering supplies, and assisting with admin work
Requirements
Good spoken and written English Strong IT skills -- confident using computers, GPS tools, dispatch systems and communication apps Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner Able to work under pressure and prioritise jobs in a fast-moving environment Flexible to work shifts Previous experience in control room, dispatch, logistics, taxi office or customer service is an advantage Recovery industry experience is a plus -- full training provided
