Summary

We are seeking a Control Room Operator to join our dynamic team at Blayde Security Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV feeds and other surveillance equipment to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents as they arise. Communicate effectively with security personnel on-site to coordinate responses. Maintain accurate logs of incidents and activities within the control room. Conduct regular checks of equipment to ensure operational readiness. Monitor and respond to welfare checks.

Requirements

Proven experience in a control room or surveillance role is preferred. Understanding of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions. Full UK Drivers Licence. SIA Badge. 4 on - 4 off nights work schedule.
