DSV are recruiting for a Control Tower Assistant to join the DSV Pharmaceutical 4PL Control Tower in Bristol.


This role is a hands-on operational finance role working in a multi modal environment. The role involves customer and supplier liaison, job execution and irregularity handling. The successful candidate will be trained on all QMS systems and GDP compliance.






Key Tasks


Working within a 4PL Control Tower this role involves customer and supplier liaison Proactive Customer Service Attention to detail Data entry and review Compliance Irregularity handling and escalation where needed Adhering to SOPs and meeting internal and external KPIs Excel skills ideal but not essential Purchase invoice auditing and processing Customer invoice production






Duties / Responsibilities


Audit, dispute and approval of purchase invoices Creation of sales invoices Handle irregularities with escalation as appropriate Proactive Customer Service Comply with Company policies and procedures






Skills and Competencies


Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Document production Good attention to detail Effective communicator Knowledge of Customs procedures Ability to prioritise workload Able to work in a team and individually Freight Forwarding or 4PL / LLP would be advantageous but not essential.
