The
Control and Electronics Engineer
is a new role to support the growth and demand that our cutting-edge quality our gas generators provide. In this role, you'll design, develop, test, and maintain our cutting-edge gas generators and embedded systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and drive product excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing and building embedded systems, including firmware development
Testing, debugging, and maintaining embedded systems
Enhancing system efficiency and stability post-development
Collaborating with internal teams and customers to tailor solutions
Supporting legacy PLC-based control systems
Assisting in the development of production processes and procedures
Ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing operations
What You'll Bring
A degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering (BSc/MSc)
1-2 years' experience in a controls/electronics-focused role
Strong programming skills in C or C++
Hands-on experience with embedded systems development and debugging
Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and Altium Designer (schematic capture & PCB layout)
Proficiency in embedded communication protocols
Working knowledge of PLC-based controllers and software
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for embedded systems
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
