We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team at Constantine Bay Stores Ltd. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service. Supervise inventory management and stock replenishment processes. Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store. Conduct training sessions for new employees on store policies and procedures. Maintain visual merchandising standards to promote products effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus but not required. Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management systems.
