About the role



We're looking for a data-driven and strategic Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for increasing conversion rates across a variety of digital lead sources, including our website, digital tools, introducers and network of 200 mortgage firms. You'll lead the creation and execution of a robust testing roadmap, identifying pain points and optimising user journeys to drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilites



Develop and implement a CRO strategy focused on achieving a strong conversion rate across digital channels Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as Optimizely, Hotjar and Engage Analyse user behaviour and journey data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with marketing, UX and development teams to implement test variations and optimise performance Build and maintain a CRO roadmap aligned with business goals and lead generation targets Report on test outcomes and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in a CRO or UX optimisation role, ideally within a D2C, corporate or digital agency environment Strong analytical mindset with a data-led approach to decision-making Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve conversion performance Hands-on experience with CRO tools such as Optimizely, Hotjar, and Engage Familiarity with HTML and CSS is desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
