Joining the Customer Journey team within a highly respected integrated Agency
We're hiring an Senior Conversion Executive for our Agency client, to help design and deliver connected, high-performing customer journeys; bringing together creative production, ad optimisation, and UX/CRO.
This role sits at the intersection ofperformance marketing, experimentation, and experience design. You will be working closely with internal departments to turn insight into platform-native creative that drives measurable business outcomes. We're looking for someone with a test and learn approach.
Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver customer journey optimisation across paid media and on-site experiences
Connect ad creative, media performance, and UX/CRO into a unified testing and optimisation approach
Design and run experiments across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, X and emerging platforms
Translate performance data into clear insights, hypotheses, and next actions
Help shape how creative, media, and experimentation work together as a scalable capability
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from ideation to iteration
Background
:
Have 1- 3 years experience in paid social, growth marketing, CRO, UX, or experimentation
Agency experience
Strong analytical skills but with an eye for creative, and understanding of user-centred design principals
Excellent communication skills
The agency will consider Executive through to Manager level.
