About the Role
As a
Conversion Centre Team Member
, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for fitting high-quality vehicle storage systems. Your work will help ensure our customers receive industry-leading conversions built to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install bespoke vehicle storage systems using technical drawings and documentation
Carry out basic testing and troubleshooting
Work accurately and with attention to detail
Perform self-inspections and report quality issues
Contribute to continuous improvement using lean methodologies
Maintain safe working practices and use correct PPE
Work flexibly across departments when required
About You
We're looking for individuals who bring skill, enthusiasm, and pride to their work.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Comfortable interpreting and working from technical drawings
Competent with hand tools and workshop air tools
Mechanical assembly, fitting or allied trades background desirable
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Physically fit - capable of lifting and manoeuvring equipment
Health & Safety aware
