We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Conveyancer with a proven track record in conveyancing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities as necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the conveyancing process.
Maintain accurate records through case management and documentation for each transaction.
Provide updates to clients on the progress of their transactions in a timely manner.
Ability to manage others and assist with their training and development goals
Skills
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
IT proficiency, including familiarity with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office applications.
