Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Lawyer to join our legal team working under a reputable and rapidly growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in property law, with expertise in residential property transactions.

As part of our established team, the Property Lawyer will proactively and efficiently manage property matters, ensuring transactions are legally sound and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, transfer of equity and new leases. Conduct due diligence and ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients, external partners, and other professionals.

Qualifications and Eperience:

A valid practicing certificate. Minimum 2 years of experience as a property lawyer.

Qualities and Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
