Summary

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our dynamic team at JAG LAW LTD in Manchester. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish. Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence on properties. Prepare and review legal documents related to conveyancing processes. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the transaction process. Provide guidance and support to clients regarding their property matters.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the legal sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective time management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
