About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing property company in Leeds. This is an in-house role, offering the chance to work directly with the business, handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork. Liaising with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently. Ensuring all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements are met. Providing high-quality service and advice to the business and its clients. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation throughout the process.

About You

Proven experience as a Conveyancer, ideally with exposure to high-volume transactions. Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and procedures. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple files independently while delivering a high standard of service. Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
