About the Role

As a conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion, delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of property transactions independently and efficiently. Providing expert legal advice throughout all stages of the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practice standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and lenders. Proactively managing timelines and achieving completion deadlines.
About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have a solid background in conveyancing, with proven experience managing their own caseload. Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner. Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Be client-focused, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
