Residential Conveyancer - Chelsea

We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join our team in our Kings Road office in Chelsea. Typical duties include:

- Onboarding clients in accordance with our operating procedures;

- Freehold / Leasehold work;

- Drafting contract papers;

- Raising enquiries;

- Reporting on title;

- Maintaining excellent communication with agents, brokers and other solicitors;

What we're looking for:

- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (Desirable)

- 2+ years of fee earning experience handling matters from inception to registration (essential)

- A passion for providing an outstanding level of client service

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Professional telephone manner and excellent written communication
