We are a busy and well-established law firm in Cheltenham, known for delivering excellent conveyancing services to our clients. Our team prides itself on professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly approach. We are looking for a motivated and organised Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

The Role:


As a Conveyancing Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our conveyancing team with the smooth running of property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in legal administration and conveyancing.

Responsibilities:



Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team Preparing and checking legal documents and contracts Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders Managing case files and ensuring deadlines are met Maintaining accurate records and updating databases Handling general office tasks as required

Requirements:



Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn case management software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
