The Role:


The firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Conveyancing Assistant

to support their solicitors in managing property transactions. This is a key role that ensures clients receive smooth and efficient service throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:



Assisting solicitors with residential and commercial property transactions Drafting, checking, and preparing legal documents and forms Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions Maintaining accurate case files and records Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as required

Requirements:



Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal support role is advantageous Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 29,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
