21 hpw - 9am - 5pm - Monday and Wednesday plus either Thursday or Friday (to be agreed with appointed candidate)

This new role has been created to support our busy Residential Conveyancing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients to the team and your main duties will include providing quotations, dealing with enquiries and providing administrative support for the team including file opening, ID verification, scanning and faxing documents and operating a range of IT systems.
You must have previous administrative experience and if you have legal / property conveyancing / estate agency experience that would be helpful. You must be able to work quickly and accurately, have excellent IT, customer care and communication skills in person, over the telephone and in writing and be organised, methodical and able to work effectively to deadlines.

Experience
Previous administrative experience ideally within a legal services environment
Experience of working in a property / estate agency / conveyancing environment (desirable)

Some understanding of Anti Money Laundering responsibilities and GDPR requirements
Satisfactory references and other pre-employment checks including credit check, identity check, etc
