Conveyancing Executive
Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive within our busy Residential Conveyancing Team.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
Have a strong technical background of residential property work. Handle all client matters in a professional, efficient and cost-effective way. Have exceptional Communication Skills. Ensure clients, and those associated with the case, are informed regularly of the current position. Provide support, as directed, to the Head of the Department. Have knowledge of IT and case management systems. To achieve personal targets, which will be revised annually.
Previous experience in dealing with sales and purchase both registered and unregistered titles, Leasehold flats, Shared Ownership, Transfers of Equity and re-mortgages is preferential.
This is a permanent position with contracted hours being 9:00 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday, although part-time may be considered.
Your salary is dependent on your knowledge and experience.
