We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property law, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Duties
Manage the conveyancing process for residential properties.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and leases.
Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary information.
Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.
Provide expert advice on property law and conveyancing procedures.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process.
Requirements
A relevant qualification in law or conveyancing is essential.
Previous experience in a conveyancing role is required.
Strong understanding of property law and regulations.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing client expectations.
