Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (with Training Contract Pathway)
Location: Accrington
Salary: 30,000-45,000 p.a. (DOE)
Hours: Full?time, Monday-Friday, typically 9?am-5?pm (some hybrid/flex optional)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion: Sales, purchases (freehold & leasehold), remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new-buildLiaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors. Prepare and submit searches, draft contracts, prepare completion and post-completion documentation Open and maintain case files in a compliant, organised manner; record all time spent accurately Ensure all transactions adhere to AML, SRA, CQS/CLC/Lexcel standards. Meet fee targets and work productively with minimal supervision Provide excellent client service--initial quotes, advice, updates, and signing appointments
Person Specification

Qualified - solicitor, CILEx, CLC, or equivalent, or experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal (min. 12?months) in residential conveyancing

Strong written and verbal communication; organisation and attention to detail are essential .
Proactive, commercially minded, able to meet targets and manage a full caseload.

IT literate; confident using case management systems
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and high standards

Training Contract & Development
Support to undertake and complete training contract/SQE qualification:

Study leave, training materials, mentorship, and exam funding.
Ongoing CPD aligned with CLC/SRA requirements
Personal development reviews, coaching, and engagement in social/wellbeing initiatives .
