A respected and long-established firm in the North East, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and growing team.

? The Role: You will be responsible for running a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
- New builds and unregistered titles (desirable but not essential)
? What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor
- Proven ability to independently manage a full caseload
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and confident using case management systems
- Hybrid working - up to 2 days from home per week
- Supportive, down-to-earth team with a great local reputation
- Legal secretarial support to help you focus on legal work
- High-quality, loyal client base - no volume conveyancing
- Offices in Darlington or Northallerton
