Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and local authorities
Coordinate post-exchange work and prepare completion statements
Manage completions, including mortgage funds and transfers
Handle post-completion tasks such as registrations and SDLT returns
Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
Assist with billing and invoicing related to conveyancing files
Support the team in resolving issues or delays during transactions
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year full time work experience within a conveyancing team.
Full knowledge of the full Conveyancing process from start to finish.
Ability to work to deadlines
Comfortable in fast paced environment
Familiar with Legal software (additional training will be provided)
