Job Description


I'm working with a great law firm in Gillingham who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary. This flexible role (full-time or part-time) is ideal for someone who's organised and efficient, and looking to provide vital secretarial support to a busy conveyancing team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Audio typing of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Arranging client meetings and managing calendars.
  • Communicating with clients and third parties (estate agents, solicitors).
  • Filing and organising case files.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team.
What You'll Need:
  • Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in conveyancing
  • Proficiency in audio typing and MS Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and external parties.
