Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting our conveyancing team, ensuring a smooth client experience from instruction through to completion. This is a fast-paced role where excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the conveyancing department Preparing and managing correspondence, legal documents, and forms Handling incoming calls, emails, and client queries with professionalism and efficiency Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties Maintaining and updating case management systems and files Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and assisting with general office duties

About You



We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within conveyancing, but other legal backgrounds considered) Strong typing and IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines A proactive and professional attitude with strong client care skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 29,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
