We are representing an established law firm in Chigwell who are seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of residential property transactions independently, from instruction through to completion, ensuring efficient progression and alignment with client expectations Draft and review contract packs for freehold and leasehold properties, raising enquiries as required Provide clients with clear advice on legal aspects of property transactions, including covenants, restrictions, SDLT, leasehold/freehold titles and the Building Safety Act Ensure full compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, client care and professional conduct standards Maintain accurate and up to date records on the case management system, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and deadlines are met Deliver exceptional client service by keeping clients informed of progress, managing expectations, and responding promptly to queries or concerns

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 12 months experience in residential conveyancing Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently, from instruction to completion Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep clients informed and manage expectations Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems A professional approach, with discretion and commitment to high standards of client service
