We have a wonderful opportunity for either a paralegal or residential conveyancing assistant to join our Edenbridge office , as part of our residential property team. As such you will have the opportunity to work one to one with one of the solicitors in the team and be a valued part of this friendly, professional and dynamic firm that has 8 offices and over 100 staff in total.

For the right candidate this role offers huge progression potential. Our paralegals are considered for selection for training contracts for those wishing to qualify via the LPC route and for those looking to qualify via the SQE route provided with appropriate work, both subject to performance and having the necessary qualifications. You will attend our internal trainee events that are designed to help develop the broader skills required to be a successful solicitor at the firm and complement the technical knowledge learnt day to day. In time you would gain experience in some of the other practice areas that the firm offers.

It is expected that paralegal candidates will have either a law degree or equivalent, LPC or SQE qualification or wish to work towards SQE1&2. Residential conveyancing assistants must have previous experience in the role. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential. Please note the role requires you to work in the office on a full time basis.
