We have an opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fast-paced role where the individual will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar role and will be capable of running their own caseload and working on their own initiative, demonstrating a high level of client service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Processing sales and purchases of residential property
Drafting, negotiating and implementing sale and purchase missives
Noting of title, settling transactions and client reporting
Being aware of AML procedures and compliance
Key skills and experience:
Previous experience of working on residential property transactions is essential
Takes a pragmatic, pro-active and commercial approach to transactions
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Takes responsibility for their own transactions
Ability to deal with competing priorities and meet deadlines
Shows understanding of client's needs, and tailors advice appropriately
Takes personal pride in their work and responsibilities
Works effectively with other team members
Has the ability to work calmly, even under pressure
Has strong IT skills
