We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive experienced Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a solid understanding of property law. The Conveyancer will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Duties
Manage the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities as necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed throughout the process.
Handle enquiries from clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation using office software such as Excel and Word.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the conveyancing process.
Organise and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
Previous experience in a conveyancing role or related field is advantageous but not essential.
A good understanding of IT systems related to office management is beneficial.
