We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Fee Earner in managing property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities
Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
Conducting searches, preparing reports, and ensuring all legal requirements are met in accordance with current legislation.
Organising and maintaining accurate case files using Microsoft Office applications and our Case Management system.
Providing clear communication updates to clients regarding transaction progress.
Managing deadlines efficiently through effective time management and organisational skills.
Assisting with administrative tasks related to conveyancing processes as required.
Experience
Proven experience in conveyancing or property law is essential; however additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal information clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IT systems relevant to conveyancing procedures.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
