Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Ipswich - Onsite

Salary: 28,000 - 35,000

An esteemed law firm in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic Conveyancing department. This role is ideal for an individual who is prepared to manage a full caseload and contribute effectively to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes. Prepare and manage all documentation related to conveyancing transactions. Provide support and updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a full caseload of conveyancing transactions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Interest in professional development and possible support through SQE progress.
