Job: Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Liverpool

Job Type: Full time

We are seeking an organised and proactive

Conveyancing Paralegal

to join our growing team in

Liverpool

. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our conveyancing fee earners while also managing your own caseload of residential property transactions.



Your day-to-day work will involve progressing files from instruction to completion, liaising with clients and third parties, handling post-completion matters, and ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


Providing day-to-day conveyancing support to fee earners. Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files (approximately 10 completions per month). Handling all aspects of post-completion work and client communication. Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance standards. Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

About You:


Previous experience in conveyancing is essential, with strong administrative and organisational skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. Confident in dealing with clients and third parties in a professional manner. A team player with a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
