Fee-Earning Conveyancing Paralegal

to join our busy property department.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will handle your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, under supervision. You will work directly with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, providing an excellent standard of service while contributing to the department's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors. Carrying out searches, raising and responding to enquiries. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies. Proactively progressing files to completion in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
