Responsibilities
Assist with property transactions including sales and purchases. Draft and prepare legal documents related to conveyancing. Conduct property searches and gather necessary information. Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Manage and maintain accurate files and documentation. Support the conveyancing team in meeting deadlines and compliance requirements. Participate in client meetings and attend property viewings as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong interest in property law and the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software. Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
