Job Description
We are a respected law firm based in Redhill, known for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch. Our property team is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to support our solicitors and help clients through their property transactions efficiently and professionally.
The Role:
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist in managing residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring they progress smoothly from instruction to completion. You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals while handling your own caseload under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing matters Managing a caseload and progressing files efficiently Preparing contracts, legal documents, and correspondence Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties Conducting property searches and reviewing results Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal or in a similar property role Good knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and conveyancing software
