We are a well-established, forward-thinking law firm located in the heart of Sheffield, with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services across South Yorkshire and beyond. As we continue to grow our busy Residential Conveyancing team, we are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Conveyancing Paralegal to join us.

You will support our residential property solicitors in delivering a high-quality service to clients across a range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in conveyancing with plenty of scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities



Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion Preparing contracts, conducting searches, and handling enquiries Drafting documents and correspondence Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties Managing SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications Maintaining accurate records using our case management system

Skills Required



At least 12 months' experience in a conveyancing role (essential) Knowledge of the full conveyancing process and post-completion procedures Confident communicator with excellent client care skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems A team player who is proactive, organised, and eager to learn

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
