We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities



Manage property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and timely. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth conveyancing processes. Prepare and review legal documents using Microsoft Word and other relevant software. Maintain comprehensive case files and ensure all data is accurately recorded using organisational tools such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Monitor deadlines and progress of transactions, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams. Conduct searches, prepare reports, and handle correspondence related to property transfers. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies throughout all stages of conveyancing.

Skills



Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritising tasks efficiently. Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly. Fluency in English is essential for clear communication and documentation purposes. Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and data entry.
