We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our small and dedicated, friendly team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, assisting with enquiries, and managing workflow from initial order through to delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with collegues and build strong relationships with a demanding client base.
Our clients are in the conveyancing sector and are often managing complex matters working to tight timescales. You will need to be able to communicate options and provide solutions through a thorough understanding of our product portfolio.
Responsibilities
Greet clients courteously and provide professional assistance via phone and email.
Respond promptly to client enquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
Ideally experience in a Conveyancing Search environment.
Alternatively experience in estate agency or relevant customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional phone etiquette and organisational skills are required.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
