Job Description

Experienced conveyancing secretary/assistant needs to be able to do all aspects of conveyancing.

The position is for a full time role 5 days per week 9am till 5pm, however hours can be negotiable for the right candidate.

The job will involve providing all necessary support to the fee earner.

Responsibilities will include audio typing, handling telephone calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing post together with complying with all Conveyancing needs and other general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar nature, possess good typing skills, an ability to meet tight deadlines, be able to deal with a high volume of work and be confident at speaking to clients on phone and in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,500.00-28,000.00 per year
