We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all legal documentation related to property transactions is handled efficiently and accurately. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the buying and selling of properties(mostly Residential with some Commercial Leases and assignments), providing expert guidance to clients throughout the process.
Duties
Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion.
Handling residential and commercial transactions, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease assignments, surrenders and grants of new leases
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and property searches.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions.
Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process.
Provide clients with updates on their case status and respond promptly to any queries.
Organise and attend meetings as necessary to discuss client needs and progress on transactions.
Utilise IT systems effectively for case management and documentation storage.
Requirements
Proven experience in conveyancing or a related field is preferred.
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications. A knowledge of LEAP case management software is ideal.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in conveyancing would be advantageous.
