Job Description

:

J Scott & Co Ltd is seeking a reliable fully Qualified Solicitor with more than 3 years PQE, with extensive knowledge in Conveyancing to manage conveyancing matters from start to finish, including stamp duty and registration. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, as honesty is imperative. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

This is a job for someone with passsion and drive, to lead the practice in due course.

Responsibilities:

Manage Conveyancing cases from start to finish. Ensure all conveyancing transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, solicitors, mortgage providers and estate agents. Prepare and review legal documents related to conveyancing. Prepare Reports on title and enquiries to the other side, as well as replying to enquiries. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation and data management. Perform general office tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Solicitor with more than 3 years PQE Extensive knowledge and experience in Conveyancing. High level of trustworthiness and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform general office tasks.

Maidenhead, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
