We are seeking an experienced

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

or qualified Conveyancer (5+ PQE) to join our dynamic and expanding Residential Property team. About the Role

You'll report directly to the Legal Director of Residential Property, playing a key role in ensuring the delivery of efficient, well-managed, and high-quality legal services. You'll work alongside a high-performing team to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, from pre-exchange through to completion. This is a hands-on role that allows you to contribute to the continued growth and success of a thriving department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of residential property matters including sales and purchases Advise clients including high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of property transactions Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision Provide mentoring and support to junior members of the team Deliver exceptional client service, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Engage in business development and networking initiatives to support team growth

Candidate Profile:

You'll be an experienced solicitor or conveyancer with:

5+ years PQE in residential property Excellent technical and procedural knowledge A track record of managing a full conveyancing caseload independently Strong communication and organisation skills A team-oriented attitude and a passion for mentoring others A commercial mindset and drive for development and client care
